The small print
- The price includes:
- Complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival
- Towels and bedding
- Free wi-fi and parking
- Gas plancha
- Netflix and Amazon Prime
- Cleaning
- Check in is from 3pm on your arrival day. Contact us beforehand to notify us of late check-in, if later than 6pm
- Check out is at the latest 11am on your departure day
- We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. On submitting your booking request, you will receive an email back confirming receipt, as well as a link to pay the deposit via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, please contact us and we will provide alternative means to pay the deposit that secures your booking
- Balance to be paid upon arrival
- €150 deposit refunded within a week of departure
- The farmhouse does not have disabled access and is therefore not suitable for people with mobile disability
- Contact us beforehand if you’d like to bring your pet along. We reserve the right to confirm access on a case by case basis, as we have a range of animals on the farm that may not interact well with your furry companion
- Payments are non refundable and dates can only be changed with a month’s notice (depending on availability)
- We recommend you take out travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances
- We also recommend that you arrange your own transportation. Car rental companies are available at both Biarritz and Lourdes airports
- No smoking is allowed inside the property
- Nothing is allowed to be flushed down the toilets, except for toilet paper and human waste. The misuse of toilets in the property resulting in a blockage will require a €250 unblocking charge
